Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

FaithHaven is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or experiences an unusual delay, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
