✝ Orders
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after receiving your email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Email us at support@faithhaven.co as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Contact us immediately at support@faithhaven.co. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Each canvas is made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days, followed by shipping in 3–7 business days for US orders. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — FaithHaven offers free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
My package says delivered but I haven't received it.
First, check with neighbors or building staff, and verify your delivery address. If it still cannot be located, please contact your local carrier with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at support@faithhaven.co and we will do our best to help.

What materials are used in your canvases?
Every FaithHaven canvas is printed on premium poly-cotton blend canvas using museum-grade archival inks, hand-stretched over a solid kiln-dried pine wood frame. Each piece is built to last decades without fading.
Will the colors match what I see on screen?
We print at maximum resolution for the most accurate color reproduction possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen brightness and calibration. The actual canvas is often even more vivid and beautiful in person.
Are FaithHaven canvases good as gifts?
Absolutely. Our canvases make deeply meaningful gifts for Baptisms, First Communions, Confirmations, Weddings, Christmas, housewarmings, and any occasion that honors faith and family. Every order is beautifully packaged — just add a personal note at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement — whichever you prefer.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@faithhaven.co with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — immediately, no questions asked.
